Once again this maniacal duo delivers their clever unruliness, but this time it’s a full-length. Nine fresh tracks consisting of rhythmic discharges and note-shrieking digital seizures stitched together with subtle segues that allow one to catch a final breath. In the depths of this recipe erupt obscure yet pronounced vocal assaults playing on odd-timed loops and spontaneous surround sounds that solidify a style CIRCUIT SCARECROW continue to own. This isn’t just a simple follow-up to their Snares & Escapism 7”. A two-year gap allowed an evolution in sound and technique that is unparalleled and certain to detonate all frequencies if not delete memories. In the end, this under-28-minute piece of noise-art will do justice for ears bleeding from repetition.

9. Maim That Diatonic (MP3)
10. Hard Right Turns for the Yawning

10 dynamic tracks erupt from this desert-wasteland-project. “Sterile Thoughts From a First-World” is a 41-minute uncompromising frenetic onslaught and is DOGS OF IRE's most important work to date. This is one temperamental piece of schism that amalgamates rhythmic thrash incursions with scattered reposeful faintness in the tongue of Tagalog and English. “I don't know what to call it,” says Juan Walther, who got suckered - big time - into tuning their pointless drum kit. “Sterile Thoughts From a First-World” communicates issues of political futility, cultural dignity, and spits back at the face of pitiful white-privileged twaddle. Amidst all the serious booty-bumpin, Tim Cosner playfully recreates instruments into witted interludes for delicate ears that wanna hate. If so - stand in line. But bring a lunch babycakes. DOI's drummer is not some cute indie-rocker. He's a cholo on probation.

13. Rabia Contra la Sistema de Mentiras (MP3)
14. What Do You Pray For?
15. Structural Adjustment Programs (MP3)

Hell fucking yeah. This is a full-fledged assault on all senses. DOHRN'S self-titled release is a ferocious recording by Pete Mattern that captures their highly-energized arsenal. But these sweethearts are not here to fuck around and talk shop; they are here to mutilate the mind the way a good thrash band should. 15 absurdly amazing songs in 8.5 minutes might give one an idea of what to expect, but DOHRN will further exterminate grind records with their intricacy and playful approach to their brutal barrage. With songs passionately illuminating migrant worker struggles, blind patriotism, and the overall abuse of this empire's abundant power, DOHRN maintain the substance necessary to fuel their refreshing havoc.

JESUS MAKES THE SHOTGUN SOUND S/T - Click Here to Order

ESN006

Format: CD
Release Date: 02.01.2005
Running Time: 23:36
Price: (all postage paid) $9.00-US / $10.00-Canada, Mexico / $11.00-World

10. Bitch is the Snake/Floating Not Drowning
11. How to Fake a Smile
12. I Hope You're Happy (MP3)
13. Shit vs. Fan
14. Blood Makes Noise
15. O Betrayal! O Sadness! (MP3)
16. Desperation is Everything

Christ almighty. It's 23 minutes of solid soul-venting, head-busting chaos. Quite a stanch set of material from this maniacal quintet. By the way, this is their debut collection of tracks and it's all recorded on 2” tape. Like you're supposed to give a fuck, I know. How could such innocent lambs be so mean to their instruments you say? These are the offspring of Beelzebub. They know no other way. This self-titled release is full of adamant energy and is dangerously delectable to individuals who have eternal faith in one's own ears. Consequently, the LP format has been pulled off shelves and set afire in all red states after widespread backwards playing was linked to Pat Robertson's prostate ills. The blood of JESUS MAKES THE SHOTGUN SOUND desires no forgiveness. Put that on your Harvest Crusade. Amen.

MARC ANTONY/DOGS OF IRE Split- Click Here to Order

ESN008

Format: 7” (clear vinyl)
Release Date: 08.01.2005
Running Time: a) MARC ANTONY: 4:52; b) DOGS OF IRE: 5:00
Price: (all postage paid) $4.00-US / $5.00-Canada, Mexico / $6.00-World

a) MARC ANTONY:
1. The US Don't Know How to Share the Road
2. We Need Some Sort of Rising Agent (MP3)

b) DOGS OF IRE:
1. Fuck Your Booking Agent and Your Spineless Band
2. Venting Vocal Droughts (MP3)

MARC ANTONY really tear things up here discharging two amazingly menacing songs with a recording that realistically captures their frenzied and passionate spirit. Ominous bass chords and ferocious drums open up the first track: The US Don't Know How To Share The Road. This song expresses their disgust for imperialism while - at the same time - professing their undying love for bike riding. We Need Some Sort of Rising Agent is the second track and it's also full of guitar-techi, hard-hitting chaos that, more importantly, addresses the issue of equal food and wealth distribution on top of MA's adoration for animals that hibernate and eat out of dumpsters. MARC ANTONY'S free-spirited aggression will stimulate all lazy humans into consuming the idea of a healthy bowel movement like never felt before.

Just when your record needle thinks it's calling it quits, DOGS OF IRE continue the assailment with two tracks that some fools believe to be ravishing ear-candy. Fuck Your Booking Agent and Your Spineless Band - recorded by Jarrod and Ryan Rushton - is a blistering piece of noise that reflects the band's displeasure for well-packaged vomit. Venting Vocal Droughts is the following track. It's a raw entangled instrumental, recorded live by Tim Cosner in DOI's rattling storage unit. This song gives listeners a timeout from the band's repulsive breath while also allowing the listener to insert other possible ideas. Both songs demand your absolute and undivided attention AND a bucket in case YOU end up puking.

1000 screen-printed on chipboard covers (clear vinyl)

01.Sparrow Night

This is a split for all people. In the summer of 2003 these two bands rocked a sweaty Boston basement together and ever since they refused to keep separated. A year later they reunite to bring you one helluva moody piece of wax. Dogs of Ire thrash and pound out two new solid numbers. The feel is dark, resonant, canorous, and all too necessary. A refreshing kick to the skull in this age of safe, stale, say nothingness. Death to Tyrants throw you off and scrape you back up with their tuneful 6 + minute rollercoaster ride of emotions. Its like 10 songs in one amazingly stitched together. Few manage to pull off shit like this, but this New Hampshire unit knows how to entwine their musical sentiments all too beautifully. 150 tour covers and 900 screen-printed on chipboard.

Statues That Fall is Rogue State’s first release and still no one can believe it. 7 songs slightly under a half-hour that every hard rocker, metal head and math freak/indie fuck should hear before they give up on life. It’s that easy. Save yourself.

Ahhh…10 dexterous ditties that blast through your sweet skull. Remember, these numbers were recorded by the band in their basement. Understand it's personal here. The guitar work is adroit. The rhythm section ripples and flows. Both vocals are alluring and erratic. Hyun Son, their first drummer, gracefully plays on these recordings until recently passing the sticks to John Walther (Red Cell One). John has also been rumored to make adobo when confronted by his reckless past.
